MBC MoCo is hosting Moving Through Trauma: an 8-week church support group launching this fall, created to help participants connect with other believers, work through struggles, and receive biblical direction and support. Sessions include video-based teaching from trauma-informed Christian leaders and facilitated group discussions, which offer a biblical framework for understanding the roots of trauma and overcoming its effects. The course equips participants with practical, gospel-centered tools to move through trauma. This class will meet September 22 through November 10 from 7 to 8:30 pm in the Church Office at MBC MoCo.
